Currently the Director of Technical Sales for the Americas & EMEA at Microsoft based out of the UK.
In this role, he leads the technical sales team that drives solution design-ins on the Microsoft platform across the Americas & EMEA regions, delivering the innovation and development of new products & services with OEM partners, across the Consumer, Commercial, Education & IoT channels.
Bryan has worked for 25 years in the IT delivery sector, starting out with UNIX systems, UNIX/Windows integration, spending a period at Intel in the hosting business and has now been at Microsoft in a variety of technical sales & leadership roles since 2000, including a period in the US leading the global pre-sales relationship with HP.
ill graduated from university in 1989 with a Philosophy degree and spent the next 7 years teaching English as a Foreign Language in Europe then building a sales team for a start-up company in the UK.
He then moved into the Training and Development sector – first as a freelance trainer, then as a consultant and finally as Business Development Director for a small consultancy before taking his first Dale Carnegie Course and joining the Dale Carnegie South East England team in 2008.
Given the responsibility of developing a key area he built up a portfolio of 100 clients over the next 3 years before taking over the Dale Carnegie South East England franchise in August 2011.

Having worked in Hong Kong for an electronics company before becoming a lawyer, Will has a valuable insight into how a business operates ‘on the ground’ and how technology and IP is developed and exploited. He continues to apply that experience and straightforward approach when working with clients.
Will regularly acts for a range of clients, from small start-ups to SMEs; FTSE 250 and AIM listed companies; and even an international fashion house.

Richard previously served as Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Cyber Security Operations & Investigations for Transport for London (TfL), the public authority responsible for all aspects of transport in London.
Richard is a Fellow of The Security Institute, Fellow of the Institute for Strategic Risk Management, Member of the Association of Security Consultants and a Registered Independent Security Consultant.

With Ben at the head of the business, Maximum Media has grown over the past year to work across many industries with a number of clients to increase their engagement across all social platforms as well as increasing their ranking on Voice Search devices, including the Amazon Alexa.
Starting the successful Kent Business podcast aimed specifically at businesses in Kent (a county in the South East of England) has allowed Ben to help businesses in the area become more human in their marketing activity.
This begun the podcast revolution in the area, challenging normal networking methods with a more relaxed approach that allows him to bring out the best in every guest, resulting in fast growth for the podcast in such a niche market.

Andy Lambert has over ten years’ experience in creating markets, building businesses, and leadership roles in industry-leading SaaS organisations.
Andy previously launched a US Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business into the UK.
After the acquisition, he became one of the founding members of ContentCal: a Social Media Marketing SaaS product, where he is responsible for the overall growth of the company.
